We couldn't ask for better service! Very helpful and friendly associate who helped us out. We had lots of questions and she gave us all the answers we needed. Not pushy at all! The staff were so patient with us as we were shopping with our two small children and made sure to speed up the process so the little kiddies didn't have to wait so long! One associate even gave my son some iced tea because the little guy was thirsty. I call that fantastic service! I'd definitely recommend Dufresne and plan on shopping there in the future!

I bought a sofa from here and must tell it has the best customer service. The employee was very welcoming and friendly. He told us about all the deals and answered all questions. Will surely recommend it to friends and family.

We had an excellent salesperson we dealt with while mattress shopping! He didnt push any products on us or try to pressure us into buying something. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he would step aside for a few minutes to give a chance for us to discuss things in private and browse the rest of the store. We had an amazing experience at this store and found the product we were looking for. The store is very spacious with high quality items for sale. I highly recommend shopping here for furniture as the quality is superb!

The experience was wonderful, the salesperson is the best sales person I've had anywhere Mr Lam promptly met all of my needs, and gave the best price in town immediately. Great store, and this sales associate gives the store a great name, and would be a credit for any business anywhere to have as an employee. I'm thankful I dealt with him and this store.
