Terrible customer service experience at the Winnipeg Leons on Sunday evening. We went to the store to buy a Whirlpool range. The sales associate initially seemed very enthusiastic explaining about the product. When we asked about price matching on the exact same model at a local competitor (who were selling it for $550 less than Leons price), the sales associate so awkwardly walked away from us saying that we do not match such prices. We had showed him the price on the competitor website and this fellow so rudely asked us that if they are selling it for that much, why do not we go and buy from them. This sales representative did not bother to ask his reporting/duty/store managers, if they could honor a competitor price (as stated on the company website). This was the most embarrassing shopping experience we have ever had.

Mattresses go on really great sale, however, they tried to get me to pay for delivery when I qualified for free delivery. In the flyer it said free delivery on purchases of 498 or more before taxes and I was exactly at 498 but the sales person insisted that I didn't qualify. So I got fed up and decided to take home my mattresses that day. There were 4 guys in loading and they were watching my boyfriend and I load them into a coupe. They didn't help with the second mattress and only said something when my boyfriend walked over the yellow line to grab it. I get that there's no customers allowed but stop standing around and do your job.

I have no idea how these people stay in business. Customer service is atrocious. Their products are of extremely inferior quality. 90% are made in China where it seems there is no quality control. When I complained about my purchase, they said we realize the product is not perfect but if we replace it, no guarantees that it will be perfect either, so we can’t do anything, sorry!! Totally frustrating for sure. Don’t buy from them.

The manager there Ahmed is one of the best customer service individuals I ever met. He continues to serve myself and my clients. I have been dealing with him for years now and every time he's looked out for my best interests. Last week, I had a client call me thanking me that I had introduced him to Ahmed. I continue to refer him to my colleagues, friends and family.

Horrible. My couch was on order. Said I would get a call when it came in to schedule delivery. I called after two weeks, was told oh ya it's here and delivery is Oct 5th. I work that day and nobody called to say it was in or ok the time with me so they would've tried to deliver and I wouldn't have been home. I was told my rep would call the next day. He didn't. I called again and booked October 20th. Not being sure this was done properly I called this past Saturday Sept 29th, was told my couch isn't even in stock. I was on hold for 10 mins, my rep came on and said it's all fine. I called today to confirm the Oct 6th for delivery(he said he got me in) and I get voicemails or full mailboxes.
