I had a very great time shopping at this location! The store is laid out beautifully, I mean really gorgeous. The staff are genuinely interested in helping you find what is right for you and getting you the best deal. I had Mike, he was an absolute joy to have as a salesman, no pressure, gave me space to look on my own and helped when I was ready to make a deal. The girl at the checkout was extreamly sweet, I mean such a nice girl!! I wouldn't change anything about my shopping experience here, it was exceptional, the layout is perfect and the staff are stellar at what they do. I cant wait to continue to acquire furnishings here, great job guys!!

The experience was very good. We were introduced to a experienced and knowledge sales representative as soon as we walked in the door. There was no pressure just a willingness to help us find what we wanted. Dean was very good and answered all our questions. He also helped us with delivery and was able to get it on a truck for us for the end of the week as we needed the furniture for the weekend

Went to a different furniture store prior to going to Ashley's and no one approached us after 20 minutes so we left unsatisfied. My wife then took us to Ashley's where we immediately were greeted and thanked for coming in by Addy who asked if we needed any assistance. After assessing our needs he immediately found us the couch for us and gave us a good price for it. All of the service was excellent from the time I walked in until the time I left which made the purchase all that much more better and made myself and my wife feel good for going there. This was my first time in that store and they gave me an opinion of them that will last a lifetime.

We had a fantastic experience! Mary was a great sales associate that helped us find an even better deal than what we came in for! She was friendly, hospitable and had a genuine interest in our purchase! Would definitely go back in the future!

Wonderful customer service. Bought furniture and appliances for new house. 5 stars for Addy for amazing customer service. I highly recommend to go and ask for Addy, if you really want excellent customer service. He has excellent knowledge of products and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
