I've purchased from The Brick Outlet for the first time last week - and it definitely won't be the last! It was the best experience I've EVER had shopping for furniture. My husband and I were "lucky" enough to have Lucky as our sales rep. He was very helpful, courteous, and easy to work with. He gave us space when we needed to talk, and wasn't over-pressuring or over-bearing while we looked at the furniture. That's just how a sales person should be! As a result, we left with the perfect sofa sectional and now we have a favourite place to shop for furniture. The manager (Barry, I believe is his name), was also very accommodating and helpful. See you again one day, Lucky!

We have purchased several furniture items from Lucky at the Brick Outlet in Winnipeg and are very pleased with the excellent service we have received from him each time. Lucky is a very knowledgeable and pleasant salesperson to deal with. He knows his products and really tries to make shopping at the Brick an enjoyable experience for the customer. It never involves pressure sales or up selling but rather, actively listening to our needs and trying to match the best products to meet those requirements. The products we have purchased have held up very well and we have not been disappointed thus far. We had two warranty claims over the years and on both occasions it was hassle free. The fact the Brick stood behind the products they sold speaks volumes to us as consumers. The sales prices are competitive and the 30 day price match that the Brick offers provides some piece of mind. We will continue to buy from the Brick and will most definitely be asking for Lucky to assist us with any future purchases we make. He is one of the main reasons we continue to shop at the Brick. Thanks Lucky. We truly appreciate the wonderful service you provide to your customers.

My husband and I just bought our first home and we were in the market for a new couch. We walked into the brick outlet and Alisa was quick to greet us. We told her what we were looking for and she offered some great suggestions. We were ready to buy that day but we were a bit hesitant on the demensions. She didn’t pressure us, ensured us to go home and measure things out and to come back when we were ready. She didn’t try to push extras on us but made sure we were aware of all of our options. She was great to work with and an awesome customer service representative. Too many times today when faced to deal with a person in customer service, you’re usually met with someone who doesn’t seem eager to help. Not Alisa, she was amazing!! Thanks so much!
