It was too good; ended up spending a bunch of money, but I must admit they had what I needed and was looking for. The employees I associated with were very courteous and provided great assistance. Would recommend this business to anyone shopping for office supplies.

Reading the other reviews it seems certain employees put more effort into it than others because my experience was pretty damn good today. A customer representative immediately greeted me upon entering and asked if they can help find something for me. When I told them I was looking for an office chair they directed me to the correct section of the store. A sales representative was also ready in that section to help me find what I was looking for. They answered quite a few questions as I am a picky shopper and I picked out a chair for them to get from the storage area. While the lady who was getting the chair came back I noticed another one I liked better. I apologized and asked her to get the other kind and she went and got it without any sort of complaint and a smile on her face. The same representative also help me bring the box out to my car because I had my toddler with me. Very impressed with the customer service. There was some sort of sale going on today on chairs and I was pretty happy with the price too. While I hadn't visited a Staples in years I will probably come back when I need to purchase new office furniture again. If I had to pick out a negative which there really wasn't much of I say the 3-year protection plan really varies between the different products and is a little steep on some things in my case it was 20% the cost of the item which doesn't seem cost-effective to me as the consumer. Not something this particular store sets though.

Printed stickers for me on their paper, but when I came back for more they refused and wanted to sell me a more expensive laminated paper, but not sticker paper. Should be able to print on their own paper, I'm running a small business but I surely won't be back after they were so rude about something they did the week before.
