It should be zero stars. Discussed in store what the payments would be they deliver the merchandise. They damaged the walls moving it in. I made bi weekly payment arrangements with steve in store then I start getting calls from rude alison every week saying I'm behind payments. Somehow the payment doubled and I was never informed. Alison lady should not be answering the phones very rude no customer service skills. Never get anything from aarons

My son passed away and I was behind on my payments by a 2 months. But they were understanding. If your payment is due on the 1st and it lands on a day they are closed, you can make payments online or go in a day before. It is your responsibility to pay on time. I gave them 5 starts because my oldest son and the one that passed away as well as myself have been dealing with them for over 5 years. They have been great to us. Communication is the key. Let them know what is going on if your late.
