I would usually rate this Staples a 5, but had the worst customer experience yesterday from a store manager named Denver. I came in to get certificates printed, which I do often, but his rude and arrogant demeanour was such a turn off I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. He didn’t acknowledge me at all, even though it was obvious I was waiting for help and he was just standing there behind his desk. I tried hard to get his attention at which point he finally came over. He was then condescending and rude, like I was bothering him to do his job and didn’t know the paper thickness they had. Sorry but I don’t work there. Right in the middle of serving me, he just walked away backed to his desk and starting cutting up something. No explanation, or I’ll be right back, so I stood there for another 5 minutes felling like an idiot and wondering what was happening. Maybe another customer job, I have no idea. Finally I yelled over to him that I’ll just take my stick back and go elsewhere. His response, “Yep no problem”. Very arrogant. Will never deal with this guy again, manager or not. He should not be one if this is the type of persona he is displaying to the public. He has no professional or people skills. All the other staff have always been amazing though, knowledgeable and helpful, so may still go back but deal with someone who at least has a smile 😊 and with basic communication skills. Thank you.

Usually love Staples stores...however, so often in this store, I find a lot of the staff snotty, and seeming to do you a favour when assisting. Locations in the city much friendlier, especially the one on Regeant.

Was there today with a small task that most places wouldnt even bother to entertain. A girl (Erin) was super helpfull and went above and beyond to help me out. Because of he patience and help she gave me I will be back for future purchases. Thank you Erin.
