Be very careful about what you put in your cart. On multiple occasions I have found items on the shelves stocked over listed prices that are completely different than the actual price of the item. The actual items never have a price tag on them, so unless you catch it at the register you pay more than you expect. And no, they won't honour those prices. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. My parents went to the regent location to pick something up at the information booth. After ten minutes the item was brought to the front, which was fine. There were now 4-5 people in line. The next guy saw the item was now there and said to the teller that she can help my parents as they were there first. She turned to my mom and rudely said “she can wait”. The guy made a shocked face and then later said he was leaving and taking his service somewhere else. The telller then took the next person in line, yet again making my parents wait. She then finally takes my parents and my parents were nice and didn’t even say or do anything and the teller threw the receipts at my mom. :( I don’t care if she was having a bad day, if you work in customer service you DO NOT treat others that way!!! My parents did nothing wrong. My poor mom suffers with anxiety as it is and this doesn’t help! My mom left a message for the general manager that evening and no one has returned her call. So today I called and left a message for the store manager as this was not acceptable.

Most stocks were replenished. They have good product placement planning. But experience is OK. Nothing special and no warm greetings. Nobody smiled and did not feel a great customer experience

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Walked in with a back pack, was rudely accosted in the middle of the store by some frustrated clerk (maybe MOD), followed to customer service like a criminal, and when I went to pick it up, had to stand around and wait to get my own property back. I was in at least 12 other stores this day, no issues except Canadian Tire.

Love their selection of dewalt. Always good deals to be had
