Company completely screwed the pooch on customer service. I purchased a $300 stool that had the foot rest break within 1 year (I'm a tick over 200 lbs so I'd hardly call it undue strain). Tried to cash in the warranty for a fix and a month later I still do not have the correct part and I can't get an email response. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and this is really what we get? Service is important. It totally baffles me how companies just do not get this. Anyway, opportunity to retain a customer turned into a lost customer for life who left a bad review. Good business model.

Great selection of furniture at a very affordable rate. We compared their prices to the original manufacturer sites for some pieces and they were often $200-400 cheaper (including shipping & handling). We had some issues with an outside vendor delivering the pieces, but NBF was on it with excellent customer service; called us regularly to let us know that they were working on it, and always took our comments and questions seriously. This is definitely a group of people who understand their clientele, their needs, and work with them to ensure the best experience when purchasing and picking out new furniture. Delivery issues aside (which wasn't the fault of NBF), we would definitely use them again in the future.

Did not receive a full desk from this company a part was missing. When I called I was told the part would come in a few days. Fast forward a couple months later I call and a customer service representative named Heather refused to help me unless I could give her an order number. Previously when I called the representative had no problem looking up my order number. Beware this company as the quality of furniture and customer service is very bad.

Great place to do business with. I have setup many offices over the phone and the sales staff has been incredible and everything has shown up on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wish I could rate them with negative starts. 1st: I received shipment on a Thursday and had someone else sign off on the delivery. The admin asked the driver: you don't unload the desk? and the driver responded: HELL NO! (we had received an email and we were informed they dont unload- however, my admin didn't deserve that answer. He could have said No in a polite way. 2nd: I hired professional contractors to come assemble the furniture. When they were here, they discovered the shipment was sent without Assembly instructions. 3rd: After I was sent the instructions, I hired the contractors again and this time it turned out the furniture came without any hardware. 4th: Hardware was delivered on Monday 03-05. I hired the contractors AGAIN for today and it turns out more than half of the parts are missing. I would never buy from this company again.
