Fred Dooley was awesome!! He explained everything, made sure we were pleased with the purchase, gave us all the details we needed! Very friendly, not pushy, just an overall great experience. I would recommend him to others that shop at Bob’s. He was also training a new associate, whose name I didn’t get it, also did a fantastic job. Again, a great experience at Bob’s. And quality merchandise too, at great prices.

Herman was amazing! My brother and I came in to purchase a couch for our parents. He was attentive and answered all of our questions. He was very hospitable from start to end! Very funny also! We can't wait to surprise our parents and come back in the future ! 👍🏾X20

Love this store and it's wide selection. Sales associates are all very welcoming and helpful. Michael and the lady manager were excellent at our first visit. Junior helped us during the second visit, he was awesome. We can't wait for our couch set delivery just 3 days after purchasing, which is unheard of elsewhere.

Heidi was just great! She really helped me picture how I could arrange my living room with my new sofa. She helped me think about how to create more space in the room. She also explained the deals going on this week and how I can save more with different options. She was very fun to work with! I had a great experience shopping today.

We had a wonderful experience at Bobs today, Shawna R. Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the recliner lift chair we were looking at. The remote was not working for the chair and Shawna went to three different chairs until she found the remote that works. We appreciate all her hard work and such wonderful customer service. Thank you again and we will be back!
