My friend had a tire change appointment on Friday at 7 pm. I went there and left her car and asked if it was available the next day, the guy said it is. He told me to wait for his call next day (Saturday afternoon). I have called at 5 pm (not knowing that they close earlier on the weekend) and the lady who answered the phone just said, "sorry can't help you, try calling in tomorrow". Now it's Sunday. At 3 pm, they left a voicemail to call them about the car. Not sure if I can pick it up now or if they need more time. I called after listening to the voicemail and I'm still on hold for more than 40 minutes. I'm just upset that my schedule for both afternoon of my weekend is screwed. Please avoid their auto services.

Went for new winter tires. Got the tires & rims I wanted & scheduled a 24-hour install right away, so minimal wait time for getting my car back. They had great prices & great service. Helped me with getting winter ready without adding a whole bunch of unnecessary things to increase the amount I had to spend.

I have kind of interesting experience in this store. I went to buy one item in this store. The Canadian tire app showed that it is on sale in Grand park Canadian tire. It was half price sale there. When i went to checkout here they told me, it is not on sale here. They own by a different franchise owner. However they price matched with another store.

Super disappointed with the customer service. No solution was offered and was treated as a nuisance. Really disappointed since it used to be the go to store for most of the home essentials and never had any problems. The manager was even rude and not very knowledgeable and just didn't even care to find a different solution.

Great place to buy products however the quality is not as it used to be. If you need tools for light jobs, its the right place for you. I'd recommend to do your research diligently before buying anything anywhere. Otherwise helpful staff.
