The place is good. Sales associate are friendly and helpful. In-store inventory is not that big though. They sales associate always try for up selling. This is kind of annoying something. I have been ask to switch my cellphone plan everytime i visited source. This is not associates fault though. Management need to find a way to up sell without being pain.

I think the only reason places like this are still in business is because Amazon can't deliver within a 5-hour window yet. So - if you do need something in a hurry (replacement cables in particular) this place is a life saver! The selection is okay, the prices are okay, getting help is adequate. The staff are very friendly and want to be helpful, but their training seems to be more towards sales than product knowledge (which is fair - it's not their job to be tech support). I still can't fathom how on Earth there are so many places that sell cell phones. We're approaching the cellphone Event Horizon. :p

The staff were very friendly but did have a lot of product knowledge.

This store never fails to get me in and out with the tech. Products I need without me having to wander around a football stadium size outlet.
