I was There yesterday to check out couches I saw online and yes they family is quite welcoming and professional. They are more than willing to custom make cushions and couches. The prices too are quite reasonable and the designs are unique. I will definitely go back there soon. Keep up the great job!

We recently had a custom sectional made at Lord Selkirk Furniture and we absolutely love it. The quality of the material is great and it's very sturdy. The service was professional/efficient and the couch was made quicker than estimated. Lord Selkirk Furniture is an excellent place to go especially if you need something custom made. They are knowledgeable, straight to the point, and will make whatever you need and will work with you in designing the couch you want.

We special ordered/designed our own couch. The owner had great ideas to tweak our design. Excellent value/craftsmanship and care goes into his furniture making. After the couch was completed we needed an adjustment on the seat cushions, he completed it within 24 hours, excellent service. He cares about his customers and the pieces he creates. Thank you so much. Didn't see a way to add a photo in the review but we have added one to the page. (long blue couch)

Very fair, reasonable, personable and puts the patron first. Always seeks away to make things work, very understanding and professional. They are willing to help and assist their customer if they don't have a mode of transportation to get the product home, within reason. They will help you out in getting you your merchandise, they are very helpful and very curious. Very delightful people to do business with, I appreciate their hands on approach and drive to assist the customer in whatever way they can, I highly recommend doing business with them.

We were there on April 20th (Saturday, around 1:30 pm) to buy sofa sets and few other items. Most of the items were reasonably priced (200 + any online prices). We had chosen a sofa set even after the lady behaved very rude. She is manner less and does not know about customer services. Without any reason she yelled with my kid and also with us. We left the place and decided not to buy anything from this store. Update: Hello Andrew, my son did not do anything that made the Lady mad. If you have a CC camera please check the video footage. Please do not blame my kid when you were not there at the time we visited your store. Other furniture stores like Ashley, La-Z-Boy or Leon's are more customer friendly compared to how we were treated at your store by that Lady. I wish to stop this conversation here. Thanks.
