We were there to browse and see what was new. Friendly sales representatives with no pressure at all. Knowing full well we were not purchasing with our cappuccinos in hand, yet they were engaging and answering any questions with a smile:) We love Urban Barn, the people and the merchandise! (well we in the end we did pick up a couple of Christmas items......

Each and every time I am in either of your stores in Winnipeg I have experienced good service. Your staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The product line is lovely.

This was my first time in Urban Barn and I enjoyed the store very much! The staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out sales and areas of interest. They were not pushy and let me look around and approach them when I needed help. The prices are on the high side for my budget, but I would still go back to look around and watch for sales.

Spent quite some time designing a flower arrangement - set up three different large vases and ran around the store upending all the floral arrangements on display as I mixed and matched colours and textures. The two staff were very gracious and allowed me full run of place. In the end I was able to create a wonderful arrangement - and they put away the abundant extras lying in a rather large pile. They were a lot of fun to work with and I really enjoyed the experience; no sense of being rushed and was able to take all the time I needed to find the right combination. I love the end result and the space that houses this colourful and playful arrangement has become my favourite.

The staff was unbelievable. Service was exceptional. The product selection is delicious. Good sale on now as well, but the quality nd assortment is well priced in the regular price point. Adriana O’Neil
