One stop shopping for practically everything except groceries. Excellent quality merchandise. Reasonable prices

There was an all torn up bag of charcoal on the shelf. It was torn up really bad. It was the only bag. I brought it up and told the cashier jokingly if she would give me a discount. She said she couldn’t but manager could. She also said that it wasn’t the only bag and that they had 46 on hand, like if I was lying. She said if I wanted it for full price. Of course I said no, out of principle. She said she will grab me a new bag and I waited for maybe 10 minutes while she was helping other customers and someone supposedly getting me a bag from warehouse. Not even a word of apology for the delay or horrible customer service. Never shopping here again.

I would not recommend this place to get your vehicle serviced. Back in June 2018 my starter went on my Ford Focus. I took it in & they charged me 600 for the part & most of it was from labour. Fast forward 5 months the starter went AGAIN on my car & I had to pay another 600 for labour. If you want CHEAP parts put on your vehicle that won’t last this is where you can come! I was told Canadian tire uses Champion parts & are not meant to last long & very cheap. I tried to ask for a refund and I was only offered a exchange. I will never buy any parts or take my vehicle here again.

Sadly this is my second bad review of a Canadian tire auto service department in one day. I called ahead to get a wheel alignment and was told to bring it in. I arrived with in the hour and was turned away. For the second time today I my time wasted by they’re auto department. This will most definitely be the last time I ever use a Canadian tire Auto service. Bad customer service. Incompetent staff when it comes to anything to do with vehicles. And in my experience the one mechanic they do have working typically has a poor attitude and does not seem to care to much for his job. To be clear this review is peerly for the auto service department. I have not had this poor service and experience in they’re stores, the staff in the rest of the store are pleasant and helpful. And are as knowledgeable to they’re department as any other department store.

Great, I had a wiper blade fall off, I was able to get in before closing. Had help right away, and was able to get help putting it on even though it was 2 min to closing. Very friendly staff!
