Brought my swim trunks, and jumped into the pool, only to discover there was no water. Wasn't worth the free admission.

The serviceman at Krevco was personable and patient explaining how to replace an element in our hot tub. He answered all my questions with clear concise expertise adding additional tips for upkeep. A truly wonderful experience and hope to get the same gentlemen every time. On another note, we also purchased a gas fireplace which was installed with the same professionalism and expertise as the hot tub. A class act company and staff with top notch products. A very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Bought and had our fireplace installed through Krevco. Kevin was wonderful to deal with, and the two installers were very fast, friendly and incredibly clean. We are extremely happy with how our fireplace looks and would highly reccomend Krevco.

spend to much time on hold. Left phone number, on more then one occasion, never got a call back

Update June 5 Today Krevco went above and beyond, sent out Mike their senior technician and discovered the jet pump needed to be changed over to hi speed. Took all of 20 minutes. I commend Krevco for their quick response in resolving the issues we’ve had. I will again recommend Krevco to those looking for a spa! Overall our service experience with Krevco was poor (originally gave them 2 stars) If it wasn’t for Betty (and also Laurie) in the office I don’t think the work to replace three spa pumps would have happened at all. First there was trying to schedule an appointment, rude service staff, not returning phone calls. Finally spoke with the manager to schedule service call. First service call by Mike was great. Had to order three new pumps. Then the next service technicians came out, installed a faulty pump so another pump was ordered and a third service call. Over the course of a month our spa is still not working properly, and am waiting again for another service appointment. It’s disheartening that the spa they are trying to repair happens to be a Krevco model they used to build in-house. Before they closed the store in the east end of town, customer service was pretty good. Dealing with the Barry street location has been frustrating. As a long time customer I’d no longer recommend Krevco for spas.
