I love my furniture and the rep that assisted us was very nice, however our couch broke in less than 3 months and it takes weeks to months to get it repaired?? I paid for insurance just to have a couch I can't use and it's still not fixed. The rep I spoke to about this was not very nice about it either. I paid to have this service so if anything happened to my furniture and the mechanism still isnt' fixed and they do not seem to care.

By far the rudest people ever! Worst customer service! They don't deserve any stars!!! They all need training! My mother and I were banned from the store because I asked why we were not acknowledged when we walked in! "The blond" acted like she was getting ready to throw me out), the way she was coming from around the desk! I have known one of the ladies that works there for years, and she would barely look up! Her response was, "she was busy with a death certificate"! Check your cameras!!! No hello, welcome to Badcock or anything! My mother had to contact the Corporate Office because of an issue with her furniture , because the Store didn't want to do anything about the defective couch! Since then They have been so rude! They even called the sheriff dept 2 cars showed up on us! They greeted us with respect! I will be reaching out for legal assistant! Buyer BEWARE!

Worse place ever, when back before 10 day told they was problem, it was the 8th day.. Been back and forth with Corporate ..This place needs a law suit against. They taken advantage of my edlery mother. And made a discrimination comment to her, because she is short that she doesn't need legs on her couch. They have refuse to come get the furniture .And corporate has not call back. As they said they would.I am General manager of a company, My company policy is to handle any customer complaint within 72 hours, Mine is done less than 24hrs Because I have a dam about my customer, and I have over a 4 star rate.. You C ant stay in business when you treat your customer like this.
