Love this store. They sell modern furniture, knicknacs, throw cushions and wall art. They have unique furniture, I've not seen elsewhere. Actually modern is too narrow a definition. Staff are very helpful but will leave you alone too. They expanded the store in the spring and with the extra space they have so much more on display... the expansion makes this a must see furniture store!! Especially their wood offerings - coffee tables, shelves, dressers etc

Great collection and mostly decent prices, except for their ridiculous flat-rate shipping policy. I wanted to purchase a bed framewhich was priced at ~ $260, however I would have been forced to pay $90 for delivery and no option to pick it up in the store! That’s more than a third of the value of the item just for delivery. If I wanted to buy a chair for $90, I would have to pay twice the price just to get it. The employee explained that they couldn’t ship it to the store because of size and weight restrictions??? This frame would have come in a flat pack and I could easily have just stuck it in the back of my car. I don’t know of any other store that doesn’t allow in-store pickup. Customer service was also terrible. I understand that there’s nothing the employee could have done about a store policy, but she just seemed not to care about anything at all. She was unapologetic, seemed bored and her tone was deadpan the entire interaction. I ended up just walking out

Update Aug 2018: My initial review is written below , but thought I'd give an update. Since I wrote my initial review I received one standard vague letter from the regional manager outlining the general policy of Structube but it did not address my situation.. I replied with a request to address my specific situation. I sent the email twice but did not receive a response. As I told the manager at the store, there is a lot of competition out there and if a store does not provide fair or polite customer service they will shop elsewhere just as I did. In the end it is a shame as I really did like the style of furniture, but I found out that I can and easily did buy elsewhere with better customer service , faster and more reliable delivery, and a better warranty. My sofa bed arrived in a badly beaten up box with the bottom flap opened and the inside protective plastic barrier torn away, leaving the sofa exposed and damaged. The very friendly and helpful sales associate reassured me that she would speak with the manager and see what could be done . When I began speaking with the manager It became apparent very quickly that customer service was not valued by him. He sounded like he couldn't care less, nor could he be bothered in trying to work with me in trying to resolve the issue of the damaged sofa bed. A simple, "sorry for your inconvenience" would have gone a long way. Instead he made it clear by his condescending and somewhat mocking attitude, that Structube was not interested in my business . Unfortunately, I ended up having to look elsewhere . I spent the rest of the day looking for a sofa bed as I needed it immediately for out of town company. Later that day I ended up at The Brick Warehouse and upon hearing my experience that morning at Structube, immediately offered me a discount on the sofa bed I ended up buying .What a pleasant surprise and a happy ending to a horrible morning. Any future business I was planning to give to Structube ( I have a bedroom to furnish next) will go first to the business that treated me like a valuable customer. A valued customer is a loyal customer which I would have thought would have been obvious to anyone in the business of selling things. My saga with Structube is not quite finished as I am at present waiting for my refund to go through. Buyer Beware with this store.

If it weren’t for the trendy furniture I would absolutely not come back. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company which I hope none of it made any employee commission because it was basically self-serve shopping. The staff at this location are absent for most of the visits I have made, and when I do engage with one none of them they have no knowledge on the product nor its stock. When I was in the store today I inquired to a staff member about the dining table I was looking for. They didn’t have it on the floor because it is now discontinued. I was also told by this same lady that there weren’t any to purchase from at all, which I replied by mentioning that the table is still on their website. She disregarded my comment. Before leaving the store disappointed the table I wanted was gone, I checked with another employee at the front desk. She looked at her computer and there were in fact still some left to purchase from; I’m so glad I double checked with her before leaving the store bummed out. Within the last year I made a large purchase including a sectional sofa, 2 sets of dining chairs, rug, and hutch, which were all delivered to my home. The flat rate of $90 seemed fair for my large purchase, however when I went back later to purchase the matching dining table to my hutch, I was charged a second delivery fee which they force due to “size restrictions”. This is absolutely ridiculous as it should be the buyer’s discretion to have their purchase delivered or picked up. I’m not even sure that is legal. As somebody who has worked at a retail furniture store, I can say this company has absolutely no regard for their customers and I will gladly spend my money somewhere with better customer service in the future.

After waiting for over 3 months for my entire house full of furniture to arrive I called Structube's head office. I was informed that my order was on delayed because of a few items that were yet to be ready. (would have been nice to know!) I needed at least some of the items asap, but was told there is no way of them getting to me any faster. There has been absolutely no care of flexibility given. Although the products are nice, I would highly recommend NOT shopping at Structube if you want to receive your order on time or at all. Furthermore, they do not deliver larger items outside major cities, so sorry for all your people in a province like MB who want to order a couch or dining table, guess what they only deliver to Winnipeg addresses - so I hope you have friends willing to help out with that. Overall very disappointed in the lack of customer care!!! If I could give negative stars for customer care I would!
