Selim has an eye for quality. The items that make the cut for display and sale in-store have been vetted by years of experience for artistry & character, vintage integrity, thoughtfulness for reuse and style, and all come with Selim's understanding of a piece's historical significance. There is a cabinet full of crystal and Swarovski figurines, a packed shelf of Hummel figures, watches and jewellery, and he provides a guarantee on diamonds purchased through his shop. I've purchased a number of gifts for my family over the years, to the delight of both giver and recipient - an item carefully chose here is often more meaningful than something shiny and new from the box stores. As an added bonus, I always come away feeling known and appreciated, and often with practical life advice to go - at no extra charge. This store is one of Winnipeg's classics, and must be experienced whether you're visiting Winnipeg or call the area home.

Worst place to go when I walked in I asked about a gold ring and he pulled it out and said do I like it, then wouldn’t tell me if the karat was 10k, 14k . Then tried to force me to buy it. He said best prices in Winnipeg and then quoted me more then the jewellery stores. I feel bad for his kid. Hopefully he doesn’t treat him as bad as his customers. If your looking to trade in any silver or gold don’t give it there he pays way less then it’s worth as well!
