I would like to share with how impressed I was today with not only your selection but most of all the stores employee's. Upon entering they were very friendly, knowledgeable .and understanding to our needs. One lady in particular was outstanding in lending an ear and achieving the perfect selection of furniture. She had made our experience all about us and thats very hard to find. Highly recommend in visiting this store as it provides not only great quality furniture for the best prices but outstanding representatives. Keep up the great work.

I purchased a love seat and sofa set. I was told delivery would be 2 days later. 2 days came and went, when I called I was told the couch I chose was damaged and I should have been called the day before and notified it would not be delivered(which didn't happen). I was told it would be 1 to 2 weeks to get our furniture. I instead went into the store to choose something else, we ended up spending an additional $300 on a different set. I told the store clerk we would only buy this if we were 100% guaranteed delivery for the same day. He said yes not a problem at all. We went ahead and spent the additional money. We were told delivery would be between 5 and 8pm that evening. The time came and went without a phone call or someone showing up with our stuff. Safe to say this is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and I have been lied to on 3 separate occasions just to make a sale. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased an L shape sofa a few months ago and the seats are already starting to cave in. Better off spending a couple more bucks somewhere else and getting some quality sofas. Also bought 2 bed sets and mattresses which have turned out decent so far.

Purchased 2 couches. They seemed comfortable in the store, but after spending two hours sitting, my back was sore. Very little lumbar support. I called and explained my situation only 2 days after the purchase, and the retailer refused to do any thing. Absolutely poor customer service. Would never recommend this retlailer who refuses to stand behind thier product. retailer was in touch shortly in touch after posting this review to rectify the situation. very impressed.

Great prices and large variety in styles and colours of everything. Sales lady was constantly on us, never giving us time alone to look around. Picked out a dresser/mirror and night stand, the stock boy helped us get it into our truck, however, he forgot to provide us with the screws to attach the mirror. He disensembled it for us in store but didn't give them to us.
