Good selection, fair prices, very friendly staff! Also there are some real deals to be had if you look.

The salesmen are rude and unwilling to help. Almost worse than used car salesman. After being "helped" we decided to take our business to American Furniture Warehouse where they were kind and extremely helpful. There we ended up purchasing even more than we had planned due to their kind enthusiasm, honesty, and willingness to make sure we were given great customer service.

Bought a couch, entertainment center, table with chairs, and a rug. Salesman forgot to tell me the entertainment center and rug would take 3 weeks as I found this out when the delivery showed up without them. They also delivered the table with no chairs. I called and they told me I could just come and get them. So... I showed up when they told me to and the chairs were not built. I had to leave to get my children on time . Cam back 2 days later, again in a hurry to pick up my kids to find out they were still not built. Good quality products but crap service
