This is my favorite store by far. Each time we visit, it is like an adventure. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The furniture is easy to put together and the prices and quality are fantastic. The show room is always decorated nicely to give you many many ideas to add to your wish list. The food in the restaurant is great. Their return policy is incredible, the best I have ever seen. They have a section dedicated to giving you parts and pieces (nails, screws, etc.). This place was truly built with the customer in mind. I love IKEA. My house looks amazing with all of my IKEA furniture. I have beds, TV stands, a couch, a side board, a wardrobe and more all from IKEA with plans to buy even more furniture in the near future. I love all of their artificial plants too. Best store ever and so much fun!

It's an IKEA, so you know what you're getting into. The staff is really great, and the kitchen specialists are incredibly knowledgeable. The check out lines are always long, but the "As-Is" discount section is right in front of them if you need to kill time.

Really creative and cheap things here!! I got everything for my dorm room at ikea for half my budget, and it's all very quirky and cute. (It's also not as hard to assemble as the rumors say.) I love that the instructions are pictures so they cater to people regardless of language!

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. We have been trying to make a large purchase with them and use their financing options. I had issues with the online order so my fiancé went to the store. After standing in two lines, they told him they’d charge us more to place the order in store and were not able to help with financing options. Finally we ordered the card online. It was supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. It’s been 11 days, no card. We are taking our business elsewhere - clearly IKEA does not want it.

Lines at the checkout are too long. Twice now, I've put down what I was going to buy and left because of that. The cafe on the first floor was closed for a break, so I couldn't even buy any food to take home. The main cafe on the 2nd floor has good food and service.
