Real canadian superstore is one of my most favorite places to shop! They always have great deals on and always lots of stock in store. Employee's are very friendly, so don't be shy go ask for help if ever you need something. I have had great luck with all the fruit we buy from there. It's hard to get nice fruit at a good price on a off season month. They seem to make that a different story we love the strawberry , watermelons and much much more !!

I've always preferred this Superstore over the rest in the city, but they just changed the layout and completely ruined the flow of the store. Removing the center aisle has made the store incredibly cumbersome to walk through on a busy day, diverting the flow of people all to the outside ensuring nobody can get to where they want to go. And where is tamirind sauce!?

Selection is always good and pricing is great but when it comes to bagging and leaving you kind of feel like cattle being pushed and herded. Need to at least have better bagging stations if we have to do it all ourselves.

The store recently changed their organization, which made the shopping experience terrible. After shopping at this store for over 10 years and spending $450 a month on average, now I’m considering moving to Sobeys.

Very disappointed with the pick up service, I had 7 unavailable items, one being a teething medication for my baby so i took my kids inside to look for a substitute in person so I could get a good look, and they had the stuff I ordered but was told was unavailable! so I decided to look for some more of my missing items and the next 3 i looked for were all there! So I'm hauling a carseat and 3 yr old around grabbing the groceries I was told were unavailable! I paid for pick up so I didn't have go in because I was busy with other errands, someone is either underqualified or lazy, super frustrating, got home and unloaded groceries and they charge me for groceries they didn't put in my vehicle worth 19.50 and I called so they gave me a 20$ voucher for online shopping, just to cover the stuff they missed, they rounded up for my trouble.... thanks. So now I have to order my groceries (that aren't on sale anymore) and pay for pick up. So I am paying extra money after all is said and done for their mistake.. great complaint department 😬
