We had a quick trip through this store. We were on the hunt for a washing machine, we were directed to that department and were approached by a salesman who showed us where the ones we were interested in were, then he disappeared. So did we. There is lots of parking and plenty of stock but we found the store lacked personal interest.

Purchased 6 Maytag appliances with 5 yr warranty for a kitchen renovation in spring 2018 . Wrote on packing slip that appliances were not inspected for damage. When appliances installed it was discovered, two appliances were damaged and a third shipped incorrectly. Leon's would not resolve immediately. Customer service were not helpful nor empathetic. Took continuous phone calls and store visits to resolve. Now stainless peeling on stove, Leon's not helpful nor Maytag. Both companies need to read the book " Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service" . They could both learn how to make a positive , lasting impression on their customer ...through responsiveness , reassurance and courtesy. Instead they have done the opposite . Customers do not expect you to be perfect Leon's however they do expect you to fix things when they go wrong. Don"t fix the blame..fix the problem.

Purchased a sofa from Leon’s and the delivery man did not put the feet on my sofa. He said he didn’t have tools to do it and that a technician would be over to put the feet on the sofa that day. Never heard from the technician so I called Leon’s and was told the tehnician would call me within the next couple of hours. Never called. Called customer service and was told the technician wouldn’t be able to come until 4 days later. Had to do it myself. Pissed.

Good furniture store with lots of pieces to choose from. Reasonable pricing, lower end products however.

We paid in full for all kitchen appliances and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks . Which to us was surprising but we went with it. After 7 weeks I called and was told another 2 weeks after 2 weeks I called again and was told another week . And with that still no apology and still no curtesy call . So we emailed them and told them they are to pay our interest on the 3 months we been waiting and they said they could not do but offer another year warranty which we did not want . So we went elsewhere and cancelled our order at Leon's and our appliances were delivered in 3 days and when we cancelled at Leon's there was no apology or what can we do for you..sorry Leon's I'll never purchased from your store again
