Went in to look at furniture, appropriately 4 to 5 staff sitting on a couch set near the front entrance, was noticed but not one staff member asked if help was needed! Was able to walk around the whole store, was passed by staff still not asking if help was needed! I believed I was passed off because I am young, I look younger and staff just thought I didn't have money to spend. Poor customer service! Took my business else where!

I can't say enough about Angela, she has been amazing! My experience at the Brick has been less than stellar with one issue after another. Angela has been very helpful to make it as painless as possible. She has kept us up to date on delayed shipping times, helped us figure out a credit mistake and was an absolute delight with helping to find furniture and figure out pricing! If you are going into the Brick ask for Angie, you will be in great hands!

I wish I could give less then one star.. took 2 months to deliver my appliance.. when came to delivery they had to deliver the dishwasher separately.. at my cost .. on top of that send me the wrong appliances.. sales person says the confusion arises because my pregnent wife was feeling unwell when at the shop and to get the wheel chair for her .. he tried to put the blame on us .. I had enough cancelled the whole order .. moreover .. on the brick card I made one payment .. they said they are gonna send a cheque.. another month nothing came yet ... so disappointed..
