Our kitchen renovations wouldn't have turned out so perfect without the perfect appliances. Thanks so much to Craig Legere for his patience, knowledge and recommendations, to make sure we got the best deals for exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciate the extra effort, and even following up with us to make sure we're satisfied. We will definately be back to see Craig for our next project!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We have made several purchases over the past year from this store with exceptional customer service. If defects are noticed on any items delivered, the manager will go above and beyond to find a solution that satisfies the customer.

I have gone into the Amherst location and bought a few things ovwr the last couple months and the staff there are always welcoming and eager to help and friendly. My salesperson went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. His name was Craig Legere. We will definitely go back to buy more furniture from him when needed ☺

bought a dishwasher that wasn't being installed for 2 weeks so the delivery guys left it in the box. when it was I stalled noticed pannel was cracked and unit won't turn on they say there policy is 3 days but it wasn't unboxed or touched for the 2 weeks prior called the store and was told right away they "cant" do anything other than policy which for a customer that has bought a washer dryer sectional couch and bed set from them didn't sit well now we have to wait a month to get a working dish washer when they could have just taken it one for one and made me a happy customer but instead they have lost a loyal customer because of a manager that wouldn't try to help Julie said she's tried everything when all you did was call samsung which is your job she also hung up on me stay away from the brick!!!!
