Customer service was good, until we had our furniture delivered damaged. And guess who their repair guy is? The delivery guy! Talk about conflict of interest. Our table was a clearance item so it could not be replaced, and they would only be able to fix the giant chip that had been taken out. We could tell the table had been dropped cause it had been warped. And this table was a replacement for another table that came with all sorts of damage. It's really hard to get any type of refund or exchange with these guys, so beware.

Friendly staff, not pushy. Prices change alot, though. So if it seems like a good deal, go for it, the next week the price might increase.

Best selection, service, price, variety and very nice items then anywhere! I love walking into a store and not being "stalked".

Wide selection of furniture, competitive prices. I was lucky to be served by Richard, a very experienced sales person, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable.

We have bought a lot of furniture from this store and always dealt with Bev. She’s give you the best price with the best quality. She has incredible customer service and does not force a sale on you. We had issues with a mattress that we had less then a year and it had a 10 year warranty. Let’s just say Bev was not stopping until this issue was resolved and she didn’t. She communicated with us constantly and kept us updated. She continued to hound her boss about our issue until he gave in and replaced our mattress. She is the definition of customer service. I will shop wherever Bev is. She truly is amazing and cares about her customers. The only reason this store is getting 5 stars is for Bev. Thanks for everything Bev 👍🏼
