We bought all 5 of our major appliances from this store, based on their advice for brand and repair history. Our kitchen stove lasted 16 years and was the first one to go. We purchased a new stove from them last month based on their advice and repair history. We are very happy with our experience. This husband and wife team really know their stuff! They prefer to sell quality, which is what I want to buy, but they have less expensive ones there for people with less of a budget. Their advice hasn't steered us wrong yet! And their prices are comparable with Home Depot, so you can't really go wrong. They go a step further and include free delivery, free installation, and free hauling away of your old appliance. Both Mr. and Mrs. Godbout have always been cheerful and pleasant and very helpful. We highly recommend this store, and we have, to everyone we know!

Be careful when buying a new appliance from this store. They will advise you they will repair if anything happens within the first 5year of purchase however, this is not necessary true. If they do happen to fix it , it takes a very long time and you have to constantly call to ask for help. I've purchased a dishwasher from them and it never functioned and they never fixed it. He did not know the appliance that well was his excuse. I call numerous times and waited years for this problem to be resolved. I decided to go in person to discuss this issue and he simply left . Really disappointing and unprofessional. We will no longer do our business with them. We've since purchased a new dishwasher from Redbarn.

Rude and difficult that sums up this Appliance Store. While looking for a dishwasher I wanted to find a half decent model is either Black or stainless. I walk into this shop which I was proudly told has been in business for 60 years. They have two models there one is white so that will not due. And the other they quoted me at $1400. Ok that is probably more dishwasher than I need. So no thanks. I ask if try can order models and I am told they can. I am told they only sell dishwashers if you let them install it. Because they service their own. Well that sounds great. I ask what that service cost on top of the cost of the dishwasher. The woman. Behind the counter quickly snaps "we don't do that, we give the the total price only". So I ask how do I know what the cost will be. I am then told numerous times I am in the wrong place for that. .. what? So I can choose a model? Well I can but I have no idea what the cost will be until I return and ask. They essentially want to decide which model (either a $1400) or a cheap one ($700) they did evenually give me a quote on a Maytag for $900 installed. I tell them I will talk it over with my wife and leave. I return next week to buy that very model. I walk in tell the same women I would like to get this one. I sell he the measurements of where my current dishwasher sits and ask if it will work. The woman snaps at me "I don't know we don't sell that model usually) measurements are on the paper just wasn't sure if 1/4 inch could be worked with. (This is after the guy said he has done work to make them fit last time I was there.. I ask is there a model in Black and stainless that fits. I am told "we already went through this with you" "you should go to the big box stores if you want to choose a model" she looks at the clock a few times (the store is closing in 25 minutes) well that was it I said I am just trying to buy a dishwasher and you don't seem interested in selling me one so I left. TLDR: RUDE, doesn't want you to choose a model you have to go with whatever they say and pay whatever price they pull out of their behinds.
