Rude delivery team brought the wrong couch. Accommodating salesperson had them deliver the correct couch later in the day. Irate over their own error, the deliver team refused to provide me any time to get from work to home and unlock my house, meaning the delivery could not occur unless I found someone else to accept delivery. My senior mother had to accept delivery with no knowledge of what was being delivered, making zero sense. Rude comments were made to her about wanting to get home ASAP and what a hassle this was. The entire process was rushed, making it very difficult for her. Received a call the following day from another salesperson saying our couch had arrived at the store and was ready for delivery??? Absolutely ridiculous service for the price paid. Will not return.

Beautiful pieces and extremely knowledgeable staff! Huge shout out to decorator Melissa Dunn, who really knows her stuff and helped guide us in the right direction when making such an importance purchase! She even offered interior decorating tips to help accentuate our space! We will never shop for furniture anywhere else!

This place is terrible. It's overpriced, the staff are rude and the hours are not accurate. It says open until 530 on Saturday yet when I came in at 5 they wouldn't let me in. I will be going elsewhere for my Furniture needs from now on just based on the rudeness alone.
