This location worked perfectly for my pick-up. We had 18 items delivered and they helped us bring them to our car. Delivery only took 8 business days. I see most people complaining about the hours but the hours are listed when you make the order. Having to live within the 10am to 3pm time frame is much better then paying an additional $100 in shipping IMO. Would use this service again!

Extremely poor set-up along with non existent customer service. This place is completely unorganized and extremely slow. Ikea should seriously review and revoke this place as a collection point. It's embarrassing for that brand to be assiociated with this 'place'. Save yourself the $79+tx and avoid this place like the plague. It is that bad - seriously.

Unreachable. 1-888 number listed was a general ikea customer service number that could not assist me in reaching the St. John's collection point.

Bad setup with terrible hours of operation 10am-3pm Mon-Fri are not worth the hassle.

Poor signage makes this place difficult to find. Not the happiest staff either...
