I live in Nova Scotia and the service i get from the girls out front and Val in sales(even over the phone) is second to none. Call him up put in my order and its done and delivered to destination in no time. They make it easy to get exactly what you want.

No value add here. If brick and mortar wants to win the retail war with Amazon, Costco, and Walmart, they better pick up their game. Better selection, better inventory, more skilled and educated sales people. All three were lacking in my search for a simple refrigerator.

Service is very poor.....ive tried several times to shop there but when i go in, i feel as though im interupting the group of sales staff that group together up front. They are loud and give customers no mind! The selection, unlike other leons stores, is not very good...in fact its sparse to say the least. Sales items are not on floor, not in stock, and they apparently will not honor a sale price when it does cone in! (All according to reception) Choices here in NL slim and leons apoarently does not want or need the business. Staff will be wondering why theyre out of a job soon im sure.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at Leon's. I have been a customer for years, I bought my first living room set from them, and despite warnings from friends and coworkers I bought over $5,000 in furniture again six months ago including a mattress. We've hardly had the mattress for six months and already the bed has begun giving away and is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I called the store and had someone come in and take pictures of it. Finally heard back only to find out the manufacturer will not replace our mattress because of a stain? What does a stain have to do with being sold a defective product? I called the store on Elizabeth Ave in St. John's NL and was told the customer service manager, Dave was in a meeting that morning and my number was taken to call back later. I called back and was told Dave would be tied up in meetings all day so I asked for the number for head office and Dave suddenly became available. Dave was incredibly rude and unhelpful and I could tell from the moment he answered the phone that he didn't want to be talking to me at all. He told me that my problem was with the manufacturer and not with Leon's, even when I reminded him that it was his store that sold me a defective product. When I told him that Leon's had a terrible score on the Better Business Bureau Website(basically reviews from customers) he rudely told me that they were only customers who didn't get "their own way". All "my way" is, is wanting to sleep in a bed that doesn't cause me pain. All "my way" is, is wanting a mattress that will last longer than a year. All "my way" is, is wanting to be treated with respect, especially while talking to a customer service professional/manager. All he could say to me was that I should of bought a mattress cover, and when I threatened to take it to social media I was told I could do whatever I wanted, but he would tell the media I had a stain on my mattress. When I told him I wanted to speak with head office he told me he didn't have the number, and didn't offer to get it for me. He also said "You can talk to whoever you want, we're not replacing the mattress". Please, save yourself the trouble and do your research before shopping at Leon's. I wish I had. They're nice to you when they want your money, but once they get it they're done with you and will not fight for their customers or stand by the products they sell. I guess I'll be a getting mattress from somewhere that appreciates their customers because Leon's sure doesn't.
