One of my favorite places to be, this is my neighborhood Walamrt and it has a warm feeling, can't explain it. Prices are always very good, they sell good produce,and grocery. And now have a bakery. My pharmacy is also here. I used the optical and the photography as well.

The customer service department has very bad attitude.If you try to do return, please try with another Walmart store. Otherwise you will feel yourself like a bum. It just happened yesterday, I was lined up. There was a senior just before me, he brought a brand new mop (it's still sealed) for return. The customer service was very rude to him and ask many times "Did you used it?" I was feeling so offended. I was refused to return for baby formula with receipt which I just bought 4 days ago. I explained them I just opened one bottle in 24 pack. My newborn baby didn't like to take it. The answer is absolute NO. I called Walmart later and asking their return policy.(Because I didn't find any restrictions for returning baby formula on the back of receipt)I was told they accept the return for baby formula. Finally I have it returned in another store without any question. I don't understand those people working there. They are the store policy. They made the store so cheap.

Like Canada, the store is huge and sparsely populated by friendly, helpful employees. Which is great, if you ever somehow happen to stumble upon one by chance. The rest of the time is spent trying to find things like plastic spoons cleverly hidden in the aisle said friendly employees cryptically described as being near "the chemicals". Thank goodness we eventually stumbled upon an employee who could actually point out the aisle or we might still be lost somewhere in the store's wild northern regions today.

Run by amateurs. Customer service dept is basically The Blind leading the blind. Nevertheless, store is adjacent to large parking lot so there is usually lots of parking for an easy Mcdonald's stop.
