Every time we go shopping there we always are given the best of service. A smiling person who greets you and says "Is there anything I can help you with? " makes a very good impression. Let's a customer feel valued!!!

Used to be awesome location. Just had another subpar experience for Black Friday. Either its pricing issues or parts not in the database or double ringing in products or stuff just not in a bag to take home it's frustrating. I have had better results lately with the east side location? (Different manager maybe?)

Nice store, only thing is very hard to find employees sometimes when you are looking for an item not on shelf. Most of them are very friendly. The cashier's are excellent at what they do.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Waited two whole hours with my car on the lift without anyone touching it pretty much the whole time to get my tires changed and then was told they didn't align them which they said they would and said I would have to pay an extra $250 to get something done before they would align them. To wait two hours without someone saying anything during the process without anyone touching the car in the bay for 80% of the time was extremely frustrating. Very unsatisfied. I do not plan on going back there, nor do I recommend anyone does .
