Liam was having a hard time with a vendor coupon and he was the only cash open, lots of staff around though, nobody helping. Customers started lining up, he called for Hailey, she never showed. He called over to Bobbi Lynn at customer service, who was doing a task, and she rudely snapped back at him. He continues to try and work through his issue, calls Hailey again because she didn't show up, he then asks Bobbi Lynn for help again and even ruder, she snaps back, a customer interjected with a politer tone. When she was finally done she opened another cash. I stayed in liams line because through all that BS, he remained calm and professional, not like Bobbi Lynn.

This is a great store. Ample parking and helpful staff. A really good selection of auto repair parts in addition to polish etc. Garden center is not large but we'll stocked. You can also order online and pick-up in-store. Convenient.

I can honestly admit I have been treated like dirt. I had purchased a sander. Got home and it was previously used and not working.i can back within 1.2 hours to return it and they wouldn't .they wouldn't exchange. The even took my receipt and said I couldnt have it back. Nor could they reprint the receipt . Went to Bedford Canadian tire with zero issues. Even on the back of the box is says "90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your MAXIMUM product for any reason, you can return it within 90 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase for exchange or a full refund"

We went to Canadian tire for gorilla glue and decided to ask where to find it. There was a staff member near the door and he knew exactly what aisle it was in. Very impressive! Checkout was speedy and clerk was friendly. Very pleasant experience.
