Absolutely love my Costal bed & night table..

I would like to say thanks to all the amazing staff at Bayers Lake store. I did a lot of research to find new bedroom furniture; I did not want pressed wood. I walked into the store in January and found the most beautiful bed ...it’s solid wood, great workmanship, and reasonably easy to put together. I followed up on several occasions as it was coming from India... the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I’m now waiting for the dresser to arrive ... Many thanks... a loyal customer you have gained . In kindness R H

Shout out to Ainsley for providing me with an exceptional customer service experience. Ainsley took the time to understand my expectations as well as style that I had in mind to decorate my room. She then delivered by presenting ideas, suggesting a list of items available in stock and elsewhere to match those ideas, connected in some conversations while processing the payment and then helped me carry the items to the Jeep. What I admire about her is that, I had seen her help a few customers before helping me and I could tell that she treated them in the same manner as well. She was extremely genuine and committed. I think that the management team must really appreciate her as she turned around an extremely poor impression I had about the service the last time I visited the halifax store.

I recently moved and needed all new furniture. The associates here were so helpful. It was easy and I love my new pieces. I will definitely go back to finish off the rest of my place.

Just received my order and everything is amazing! The staff was so helpful in providing time lines and what to expect. There is a lot of info to take in, but if you listen carefully, they make it easy to shop there.
