Very nice staff. I went in looking for clothes particularly I would your coat shoes of winter boots and a suit. the shoes I thought were cheaper because there was no price tag on the bottom and I thought I seen them in another rack but when I looked inside the issue they were quite expensive. But the manager or shift manager think her name is Samantha. She was extremely helpful and understood so she helped me out. The only problem of me not giving 5 star it's because my jacket was ripped only inside the pocket was ripped on the outside it was dirty as anything animal hair or something and then white dust on it.

As far as value villages go this is a pretty one. Of course everything is overprices and their business practices are questionable as a company but this specific location is pretty decent. If you find a price unfair an employee will actually help you out and attempt to get it lowered (within reason). The place is clean (it has that thrift store smell but so does every other second hand place), the bathrooms are always surprisingly clean!

Lots of great finds. The sizing racks weren't always accurate. Prices are mostly good. Lots of good quality treasures to be found.

I have found so many incredible items here. It is a place that is always changing so frequent visits during the week are suggested. One never knows when that hard to find bit of kit is going to pop up. Staff is always pleasant.
