My wife and I had a great experience. We just moved into our new place and we have zero furniture. We went to The Brick to just buy a couch as we were desperate for one. We knew which one we wanted etc. Meghan approached us in a non-aggressive manner and gave us a full tour. She gave us a lot of insight on couch materials, the protection and warranty, so it allowed us to make a better long term decision. We ended up buying a couch, coffee table, 2 door cabinet, lamp and pillows. She did not pressure a single thing on us but with the savings and better choice we made it allowed for us to get more furniture but also quality furniture. Thanks again Meghan.

This store deserves no stars. If you have operation managers like Natasha, you can be rest assured there will be no such thing as customer service. We went to purchase items we were informed of the fabulous price match service. However, when we went to get the price match. The experience was humiliating. There were no smiles from service reps or operations manager. Vague answers and I don't care attitude. Our questions about other services and products were met with " I don't know." I couldn't believe it. Service rep gave a different quote of amount to be reimbursement and operations manager gave a lower reimbursement. When we asked "why." The operations manager was rude and disrespectful. She had no idea how to deal with the problem, her attitude was confrontational and impolite. I would not want anyone to feel like we did. The reviews on Google perfectly match the store. We will not be taking our business there anymore.

Great service by Natasha and Klye. They lets me take a stool on loan to see it in the new kitchen we had just finished. It looked great and we bought 6. Kyle was able to get me a great price on the stools since I was buy 6 all at once.

Absolute great experience at this location. Right from our initial walk through and conversation with Bede up to our purchase and after sale. Kyle (manager) was a pleasure to deal with. After a short discussion he knew what we wanted and went to work. Kyle understood our budget and worked well within it. After the sale was done the experience did not stop. Kyle has reached out a few times to ensure details were as we had wanted and that all is good. Wish there were more managers like him. This guy is definitely next level! Keep doing what you are doing and you will see us soon for future purchases. Thank you The Brick Milton!

I went into the store, knowing what I wanted. A sales representative by the name of Saima warmly greeted me. I explained what I was looking for and she had lots of advice and Info on how to get it, Quickly! No hidden fees, everything out in the open. It was a smooth transaction and she was easy to talk to. I recommend talking to Saima if you need anything from that store. The manager was also very respectful and helpful. 5/5 will shop there again. Thanks David
