Great customer service. Great selection . Saima is the best, really took care of us.

We would give 0 stars if this were possible. We have had a terrible experience and would not recommend using this company. We found a 6 piece set that we loved and the price was right. Maybe too good to be true. Upon ordering and paying we were told delivery would be in 2-3. After almost 6 weeks the furniture was finally sent. In this time we had to contact them several times to find the status. The owner was becoming very impatient with our calls. When delivered, one piece was dropped from the truck. It was broken when brought in. They made a temporary repair and eventually promised to replace it after much back and forth claiming that it had been broken when it was shipped to them. If that is true, not sure why they would bring it to us in the first place. This is not good representation of their company. Several weeks later, and after many calls we were brought the replacement piece. No wrapping or tags on it and it appeared used. We did not accept this piece we had paid for new furniture. This caused quite a scene with negative words being exchanged including derogatory/racist comments towards us after being asked and told to leave. Would not suggest purchasing from this company it has been nothing but a problem.

Small local furniture shop with a selection of furniture, tables and beds. Some items appear to be from Ashley furniture, but most don't have a manufacturer that I recognized

I bought a couch from there last year in june from saima I believe the owner. 4 months later I had some stitching coming out of the couch. I contacted them and told them I bought it just a few months ago they told me someone would come take a look at it. after contacting them a few times regarding my issue I was told that the owner or the lady running the shop was on vacations for two months. at 7 months I went and found her and she assured me that someone would come after the new year to fix the issue as it is within warranty. I contacted them many times to try and resolve this issue I have had a very unpleasant experience here and would not recommend this place. this is not a professional business. I also would like to add that I have never written a review but in this circumstances I could not do nothing.
