Great experience. Sunny took great care of us. He was extremely attentive and Knowledgeable. I referred two other customers and they said exactly the same. Will definitely return if I need furniture. Excellent service!!!!

Recently visited the store and the staff was very friendly. They spent a lot of time with us showing us our options given the measurements we were working with. We ended up putting a deposit down to hold the item as we were waiting to receive feedback from other vendors. Their staff had no problem with allowing us to do this and wrote on the deposit “conditional until the following week”. This gave us plenty of time to weight our options and make a decision. We ended up choosing to go with another vendor but felt we should share are experience as there was no issue at all cancelling the order and returning the deposit. The staff only asked if they could improve in anyway in the future. Thanks to the staff for being courteous and professional.

Not reliable people at all. Would promise you everything, won't honour anything at all. Once you paid in full, that's it. You're done. Fake promises for delivery. Once they deliver after a month(if you are lucky) then fake promises for warranty. Don't trust these people at all. Rather buy from some reliable place and who can give you proper receipt. You can't even read what they have written in receipt and for what you got your receipt. In conclusion: Don't buy from here.

I recently purchased a sofa set from Vanaik. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I definitely saved allot of money there since I checked Ashley before for the same product. If you want to save money then you should buy from Vanaik! Thanks Raj

I had recently bought Sofa and coffee table set, plus some time back bedroom set, both times I was happy with their customer services and price. Delivery guy did set up also. Will recommend this shop to anyone .
