Very nice staff ! Not like the big box stores, I love the personal service they provide. Purchased a Palliser leather sofa set they gave me the best price and service. Will recommend my family and friends.

I have not shopped for furniture anywhere else since walking into Furniture Depot a number of years ago! I love the quality of the Furniture plus the customer service at Furniture Depot is excellent!!!! Annette is very warm, she makes you feel welcome! it’s as if we’ve have been friends forever. I furnished my entire home with purchases from furniture depot and I am completely satisfied with my purchases. Annette also followed up to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my purchase! Way to go Annette!

Annette provided us with quality customer service providing us with her insights on decor and furniture placement. We received our order on the day and time we initially agreed upon. Prices are very competitive within the market. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for furniture.

Shopping with Furniture Depot (Brampton) for the past few years. Annette has been very helpful; if I wanted something, even if they didn’t have in store, she will always find it for me. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have recommended this store to my family & friends.
