I purchased a Kingsdown mattress here a few weeks ago with a 90 day comfort guarantee. The bed turned out to be too firm so I went in to exchange it and I was anticipating more charges, delivery fees, etc. They actually exchanged the bed no problem to my surprise. I dealt with Frazer when I purchased the bed and when I did the exchange and he was most helpful! He even arranged to get the bed I exchanged for to me from another province as they were sold out locally. I would highly recommend asking for Frazer when you make a purchase at Leon’s.

I purchased a king mattress, bed frame, and mattress protector (the protector was $170, when I found the same one at winners for $40). These products were purchased on july 28th from the Guelph location but the order was being faxed to the Kingston store for processing and delivery. I was told it might take 2-4 weeks for delivery, "but it rarely takes that long" and that I'll be heading from the Kingston store soon. I also told the store that I had just moved from out of province and I didn't have a bed. The following day my boyfriend goes into the store in Guelph and purchases the same mattress with a delivery date of August 9th. I was absolutely Outraged that he bought it after me and got a set delivery date right away. A week later on August 3rd I called the Kingston store to confirm when they placed the order and inquire on a delivery date. I was told, yes order placed and it's 2-4 weeks. Another week goes by, no call or follow-up. So I called the salesperson at the Guelph location asking for a delivery date, I was told a date couldn't be confirmed because the mattress was coming directly from the manufacturer. Two weeks I had already waited. So I told him if he couldn't get a delivery date that week that I wanted my money back, the salesperson said it was impossible because it was coming from the manufacturer then I said I was coming to get my money back, he got upset and hung up the phone. Never called me back. 3 days later on August 14th I get a call from the Kingston store telling me the mattress was still not in and there was nothing they could do because it was coming from the manufacturer (this was going into week 3). Sunday of week 4 I call and I am told that it is 2-4 weeks from August 14th. I said that was unacceptable, and that I ordered it on July 28th. Monday I call the Kingston store again, I'm told the frame is in but still no mattress. I pointed out that it was week 4 and expected it in this week. The answer I got was "maybe give or take a few days" we told you 2-4 weeks. Wednesday of week 4 I call again around 1230, I'm told the mattress is now on backorder. I asked to speak with a manager, I'm told she is in a meeting and she would call me back. No call back. I then go into the Kingston store to get a refund for the product I never received and I am told that Kingston can't refund my money right away because Guelph hadn't paid them yet. The manager was rude and confrontational on why I wanted my money back. They also wouldn't take the mattress protector back even unopened and still sealed!! I then call the Guelph location and get transfered to the salesperson. Who again assures me it's coming in this week even though I've just been told it's on backorder from the Kingston store!! I told him I wanted my money back, he then transfers me to someone else who can't authorize a refund. In the end, I have no bed an

Went to check out the prices staff was friendly and helpful

It's a good store and if you were lucky you can find some furniture with good quality with half of its real price.
