Odie one of the sales persons was great with us. He stayed with us all the time , he looked on line for other options giving us suggestions etc I bought some living room furnitures for my son ...we came in store to look for the first time as it was recommended by my friends.his great customer service made us deciding right there and go ahead with purchases Thatâ€™s how sales persons should be helpful and polite and transparent.. makes people fell good and thatâ€™s how the business grow.

My one star rating is not a reflection on Structube as a company. Their stuff is great for the price they are charging. My dissatisfaction is about the customer service at this store, particularly from the gentleman with the glasses at the front desk who claims be the manager but is the WORST at providing customer service. Every question I asked was met with condescension. Heâ€™s the manager but it seems like he hates customers. He told me that you cannot return anything but when I checked the website it seems like the store does offer a return policy. My advice is save yourself from getting attitude and false information and drive to the Mississauga or Etobicoke locations. You wonâ€™t have to deal with a manager who acts like youâ€™re annoying just for being in his store.

came in here today looking to furnish my basement. Great stuff at reasonable prices, nice and friendly staff. Found the set up of the store to be a little odd, looked like a clearance location. Got the kinsey sofa.

Worst experience I ever had in my life . I wish I can give less than 1 star to the great sales staff. Entered in the shop and my kid opened the main door twice, the sales Consultant shouted from far away and asked me to stop my kid.which I did . With in next 2 minutes my son touched some stuff which he was asking us to buy for his room and Mr Amrri came to me and asked me that I should stop my kid to touch any thing over there and told me that THIS IS NOT A PLAY GROUND. So I spent total 5 minutes there and left the store . This is my first review for any business.if you want to visit the place then leave your kids at home even the kid is 7+. I asked the sales guy whatâ€™s your name and he replied my name is Amrri ( if I am not mistaken) and replied me that you want to complain go ahead and do it I donâ€™t care.WOWww

I bought so much merchandise from this location and one of the tables had a faulty piece and couldnâ€™t be put together. The staff + manager didnâ€™t want to help me figure out what to do at all. If you plan on buying from structube just order online and donâ€™t bother going in to this store. Better chance of issues being helped by their head office customer service team!
