LIES, LIES, LIES : DO NOT SHOP HERE. Received the wrong colour sofa. Made me pay in full wait 6 weeks for delivery and then said nothing they can do about the wrong colour as it was a custom order. The drivers tore the dust cover when installing the legs and put 3 chips on the legs. I then purchased a coffee table, they sent me from Brampton to Kitchener to pick it up as they had no stock in Brampton and I did not want to wait 6 weeks for the table. Of course again, I had to pay for the table in full before I received it. The Salesperson got the store wrong. The stock was in Kingston not Kitchener. Vivian the customer service manager was sorry for my convenience and offered me free delivery of my coffee table and a $50 gift card. Of course the gift card did not show up this past weekend with my delivery. I called this morning and now they say they have no record of anyone agreeing to give me a $50 gift certificate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE DISAPPOINTED,. Kelly Jefferson

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Nothing but awful costumer service received. Still haven't received my couch and not getting a straight answer on why. Manager Paul is literally the worst. Wouldn't come to the phone the first time I called because he was "on break" but was able to tell the sales rep what to tell me. Made promises he couldn't keep when I drove to the store to speak to him. Upon calling AGAIN when the delivery got messed up, he pawned me off on another sales rep. In all the awfulness I do need to give a positive shout out to Maria who was put in a terrible position and just tried to do the best she could. I was offered $200 back on my purchase.. I obviously said okay but this is not what I want.. I WANT MY COUCH! Will be calling the complaint department tomorrow. Just awful.

I rarely waste my time writing reviews but this time I want other people to be aware about the service. Let me write facts before expressing my views about it. Order placed and Paid in full on 11th August (Complete bedroom set and Coffee table). Order placed after confirming availability (everything confirmed to be in stock). 100% assurance given for delivery on 15th August. No Delivery on expected date. Called customer care. Got answer that I have to pick it up myself if I want same day or it may now take 14 days as some items need to be delivered between stores and procedure takes 2 weeks. Had to call customer care thrice to make sure things are moving. They never called back giving information. And set up the delivery only after my third call and new date was 27th August. On 27th August got a broken dresser which was returned. Called customer care and they said they don’t have delivery information so they cannot send replacement piece and we had to call them again next business day. Called customer care next day and they said it may take another 14 days. So here we are today September 1st waiting for the partial order after paying for it full in store 3 weeks ago. So we rate the service as 1 star. I liked and was about to buy dining table from Leon’s this weekend but your service make me look for other options now.

Virtually no customers in the store. You basically get all the attention / nagging for a premium (other places sell same stuff for 2-3 times less). About half of the furniture items sold are junk. High quality flyer items are always sold out when you come.

Place is a joke. Absolutely no customer service what-so-ever. Nothing but attitude. Do not shop at this location
