We just had our furniture delivered, and although I don't usually post reviews, in this case I felt compelled to do so. The whole experience, from going in to the store, working with Gary, who helped us find exactly the right style, colour and fit, to the professional delivery people, who took every precaution to protect our home and placed everything where we want it, was fantastic. Thanks to all the people at Frederick's who helped make this shopping experience so enjoyable

We have been customers of Frederick's Furniture for over 20 years now. They have a large showroom filled with quality furniture with all kinds of options and a lot of pictures and things. The sales people are friendly and very helpful . They don't push you to buy, they just help you find exactly what you are looking for. We have bought a lot of furniture from them. We shop other stores, but always go back to Frederick's to buy.

I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever gone through in my life. Over priced, bad quality and even worse service. From beginning to end I was disappointed. I expect when purchasing furniture that it come within a couple weeks of the scheduled shipping, it is not completely damaged upon arrival and does not have exacto knife marks in it from the delivey. I was proved wrong on all levels. On top of this I tried calling for weeks and nobody would get back to me. Finally when I went into the store to speak to someone the owner told me my order didn’t matter as he receives larger ones all the time. It wasn’t until another level had to get involved that we had our furniture replaced. But of course some pieces still have knife marks in them. Cutting my losses at this point. In summary there are sooo many more furniture stores operating a million times better than this. It’s unfortunate this place still exists in Guelph.
