Great store with many good products to choose from. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only issue is that there aren't many staffs around to call for people and sometimes feels like a ghost town so you have to yell for help and hopefully someone will come to help you. Other than that, the store and service is great.

If you go to this store location, ensure that you don't have a question for (didn't get her name) cashier, she's of Indian descent. She has no respect for customers and her ability to understand queries is vastly impaired. I went to trade in one item for the next, while inside I changed my mind and decided to keep my items and buy new items instead. Went to cash out, told her I already paid for the items I brought in and even had my receipt. She's going to start attacking me about why I didn't say that I bought it a previous day! Mind you at this time, the receipt is in her hands. No customer service, no soft skills, she escalated the situation by trying to accuse me of being a thief, with the receipt in her hands. she obviously needs training! Saving grace, the manager seems to know how not to escalate a stupid situation. I didn't even bother buying anything from there and won't ever again. I hope one day they put her back in training.

Friendly and helpful staff. We bought a bed and a mattress there. Unfortunately, one of the boxes we got delivered had the wrong colour. They changed it with out a problem and on the top we got 50 $ back and even the price difference because the bed was now for black friday cheaper. Great service! Thank you.

This place sells garbage. Its an environmental disaster. The poorest of quality. If your buying anything from JYSK do yourself a favour when you exit the store, just throw your purchase out. It will literally end up in the garbage bin next garbage day. From food storage to patio furniture. Staff are really nice.

A good store for many household items. Conveniently located in the Heartland Shopping Centre. Great selection and good value.
