The store has great stuff, good quality and very elegant. We were looking for a bedroom set for long, visited multiple stores but once we walked into Ashley we knew there was no turning back. The staff at the store is extremely friendly, patient and willing to sit down and discuss various design options, provide recommendations and also suggest appropriate financing options. We would definitely come back to the store for all our future furniture requirements.

I came to Ashley to purchase a bed for myself. The in store experience was actually pleasant and I was able to choose a bed I liked and I did not feel pressured or forced to purchase at any point. I also purchased a mattress and box spring. Delivery was scheduled for the next week (which is fine) but once the delivery came, the delivery people did not bring the proper tools to put the bed together! I told them to take it all back and come back when they had the tools. I waited another week and the delivery finally came, they put the bed together, but turns out the bed wasn’t the bed I wanted!! It was the wrong bed!! The sales person put in the wrong code and the wrong bed was delivered. I called customer service and there wasn’t anything they could do. I called the store and talked to the sales person who helped me purchase the bed and he said he would fix the problem and my new bed would be delivered. I got a call the next day from customer service and they said my bed would come the next day or in two days. I never heard from customer service again. I called them and they said that conversation never happened and that they don’t know that I got the wrong bed!! I went into the store and talked to the manager who had to put in a new order for my bed and schedule delivery. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for July 27 but it never came. I called them and they said the closest day they can deliver the bed to me is August 8th!! My father called them and another person said a delivery can be made on July 29 (not sure why there was so much confusion). I finally got my bed after a month of waiting and calling. I like my bed and mattresses but I don’t think that one month of waiting, calling and arguing is worth it. I would personally not go back to Ashley because of this unpleasant experience. My advice; make sure the code for your furniture is correct before the order is put through and hope your delivery shows up and comes on time.

I’m very disappointed. We bought to two sofas and two recliner chair. They didn’t have one of the reclining chairs and they told us that they’ll send us the second one in the middle of September. Then nobody called us and it was past mid September. We called to get a status update and were told that the shipment doesn’t arrive until December. The mislead us by lying to us about the date so that we could place the order. I left a message to have the manager call me back and they never returned the call. I kept calling and left plenty of messages for a manager to call me back and they never did. When I kept calling they would no longer pick up the phone, they would just transfer my call. I then spoke to client care and told them that I wanted to return the couches as I needed a full set and they proceeded to tell me that I have to pay 25% but they’d give me a break and only pay 10%. This is s joke, I will never purchase from this company again.

We wandered into Ashley's without realizing they were in the middle of a huge sale. After speaking with their staff (who were very kind and knowledgeable), we were able to find a 5 piece bedroom set with a king mattress all within our budget! They make great quality products and we're very excited to have all we need for our new master bedroom.

The furniture design looks good but quality is really not that good but you don't see that until they deliver the pieces. The craftsmanship is not good (glue, holes, etc..), material quality is below average. The worst bit is delivery, first they give you a delivery date which is almost 2 weeks, later you receive a call that some items are not available. When they deliver, they don't inspect the goods before loading them (or bad wrapping) and they deliver damaged pieces. Returning them meant more few days to find and order replacement. If you are in a hurry ( you can't wait 3 weeks+), don't buy from them. One more point, the extra wholes in furniture after assembly are not capped
