The customer service was fantastic. We had purchased a rug that your staff took down for us to look at and they rolled and wrapped it for us. Unfortunately it was not suitable when we took it home. Returning was not a problem at all and we will be purchasing an item in the near future with our credit.

I have been a huge UB fan for years and have spent a lot of time and money here. I avoided shopping there for a bit due to a bad customer service experience at the Argentia location a few years back. I gave it 5 stars because all my experiences with UB, both stores and outlets, have been wonderful except that 1 time. I recently visited the UB Outlet location and the sales representative was so great that I returned a few days later to make more purchases on some suggestions she made. Love my new finds!

Knowledge able staff and not over the top prices.

I live 30 mins North of Toronto and happened to be in Mississauga and saw that their was an Urban Barn Outlet there. I walked in and saw some floor models and damaged items. When approached by one of the associates I told her I am about to purchase a coffee table that I saw online, if I purchase it from this Store what is the difference? She asked me which table and once we viewed it together online she advised me that the "hector table" is a very common table that the outlet gets in and it would be in my benefit to buy it from here as I'll receive 30% discount as it would a floor model from another store. I asked about damage and was told this will not be a damaged item because it only comes from the actual stores decor, she showed me the damaged items and their prices which were significantly low. I left me information to be notified when they get my desired model in. 2 days later I was notified that the table is in and ready for me for pick up, again I asked about price and any damage and was told it was $499 with the discount because of floor model. I live 1and half hours drive away from this Store and had to send hubby to to pick it up for me the following day. When it was brought home, I unwrapped it and was super excited but once unwrapped the table top which is the beauty of the table itself was so beat up. It has marks, cracks, spots, the middle area is unbalanced as I cannot place anything on it and some of the sides of the table aren't even. According The the viewing online this is definitely not the same table as shown online.  I understand that this is a floor model but if it was that damaged it should have been stated and priced as a damaged item not 30% off which came to $500. I would have rather paid the full price of $699 for the table for it to be perfect!  I am very disappointed in this product and unhappy at this time. I contacted the store and was told that the sale was final. I have contacted the customer care almost a week ago and provided all the details. I was told i will hear back within 24 hours but haven't heard back as of yet. Poor customer service.......thumbs down 👎

the experience was great . we visited most all stores in gta and found consistency in product style prices and store ambiance. the customer servive varied depending on person and their personilty. Vaughan city was the best . oakville second amd mississuaga last. we bought it from there because its closer to our house but the service was good but less customized. i like the sales person but just to compare
