This place is the worst. Don’t believe anything they say. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I was blown away with how many problems I had with the quality of product and service. Would not recommend. Ever. Very surprised there are so many good reviews. I guess good reviews can be bought.

Great experience with the sales lady who helped us. Very informative and we did not feel any pressure at all to have to buy. Also glad we decided to use the design service. The designer was able to confirm exactly the right furniture for our particular size of room. I don't think we could have done it without her. And her picks for fabric colour and style were perfect. Thank you Ladies

I wish all shopping was this easy, and this pleasurable. Lana and Bhahar were both fantastic, both knowledgeable and neither one trying to sell my wife and I things that we didn't need. I can only pay them the highest compliment I have, which is after spending a good bit of money, I don't feel like I was taken advantage of in any way. Will definitely keep shopping at La-z-boy.

Our sales person was very inviting as soon as we walked in the door. She was not pushy. She very knowledgeable and had lots of recommendations. She took her time helping us to decide what we wanted.

Our sales person was Lana Jarvis. Couldn’t have had a better salesperson. No hydro but she let us in to look around. Very informative and not pushy at all like some other companies. This was my first experience at Lazy Boy and will definitely be going back thanks to Lana.
