I was given a window of 2-6 and the delivery was done at 630, by the time the furniture was put together, it was almost 7. Also, lol, maybe some one should mention it to the delivery guys that a fair amount of people who aren't ethnically Punjabi can at the very least understand insults when they hear them. I was called a buktee aka a bum by one of the guys because I asked questions, lol.

Bought a sofa and love seat about 6 months ago. Filling has started clumping and fabric threading. Emailed Cathy with photos. Very poor response that despite warranty being in force they were willing to send more filling but not ready to take it back. Originally we were told this was Canadian made furniture but now it turns out it's cheap Chinese furniture. After 2 emails Cathy has adopted an arrogant stance by not replying to my emails or providing me with her superiors contact. If the management is reading this you can get my contact details from your heartland store. Order # HC 3700. Photos are attached Furniture Depot redeemed their reputation by delivering a near perfect (just a small over looked issue) to us. Delivered at promised time and surpassing even our expectation. Ramaaz cant thank you enough for being with us through this ordeal and guiding us on this new couch. If ever anyone needs to see a good sales person with good knowledge of product and who can give serious advice while keeping her million dollar smile go and meet this amazing lady. Thank you. Look forward to doing more business with you.

This store that is called furniture depot before it was owned by a different person which he was a very nice gentleman with excellent customer service we purchased our sofa from him 5 years ago so we bought a new house and went to the store again which is called FURNITURE DEPOT and we thought since they have the same sofas and chairs it is probably same excellent quality so we made a purchase of $5000 and first of all the customer service was very poor and the quality was very cheap and second after 4 weeks we got the wrong items and then took them another 2 weeks to deliver the items and again it was not the right item and it took them another 5 weeks to deliver so we finally got them and guess what? We are very disappointed at the quality, the studs are all wrong, the pillows are not how we were promised they will make them. Waste of our money we filed a complaint which they did not take serious because we already paid so too late.

Do not purchase your furniture from this place. The furniture is not good quality! Even though we purchased Ashley furniture from them, it broke after 2 days of usage. We spoke to the manager about this, they gave us the run around for 2 weeks and kept telling us that they will figure something out and call us back. They would never call us back and when we would call them to address the issue again, they told us the same story and said that they would call us back within a few minutes. We tried calling back because they kept dodging us again and they stopped answering their phones. We didn't appreciate spending so much money on furniture that only lasted 2 days and then having to fix it ourselves. They have by far the worst customer service. Again do not get your furniture from this place! Save your money and go somewhere else.
