Very helpful staff. The selection of items seem to rotate often enough that it's worth returning to see what else they have in store. Great place to come if you want a little inspiration for your home decor, or need that last piece of furniture to cap it off. Well done Structube, will happily order again!

Bought couch from this store a few weeks ago. The couch was fine but the white blonde European sales associate was racist and ignorant as hell. She tried to guess our ethnicity and when we correct her, she tells us all Asian people look the same. She proceeds to follow us around the store saying more racist/ignorant remarks. She needs to go through cultural sensitivity training.

I’m a loyal Structube customer and Heartland is one of the best locations by far. Francie and Daniela are by far the best employees I have come across. They helped me out with everything I needed and were great to talk to as well. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything and where actually helpful instead of just wanting to make a sale. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you !

Ordered some furnitures through this store. Bed was delivered smaller than what was ordered, glass on the table was shattered. Had to go to the store several times to have those replaced. Next delivery for replacement came after 7 days but this time delivery people was very rude and did not want to take the bed to the bed room. Very bad customer experience throughout this process and the inconvenience created for my family. This is the end of my furniture shopping from this company.

The customer service at this location is the worst. I am a frequent customer and have bought from heartland and trinity locations and the people there were great. Never going to this location again.
